What We Do
In the communities of the high Andes, nearly 65% of the population lives below the poverty level and nearly 33% are considered extremely poor.
Our Mission
We provide relief and aid such as blankets, clothes, food, vitamins, and personal hygiene items to Peruvian people living at or below poverty and during times of crisis. One to three times per year, depending upon available funds, we purchase needed items from local Peruvian vendors and distribute them to families and individuals in the villages. Read more.
Our mission is to lend a helping hand during times of crisis and advance our efforts through educational initiatives. Our belief is that education is the pathway through poverty and connects one to opportunities for employment. We respect people’s backgrounds and histories and do not wish to change their values. Our role is to help support these communities and assist in developing sustainable programs through education.
